Orders for personalized or custom made items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Refund for Cancellation:

If you cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Changes to Orders:

If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., address, items), please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible after a certain point.
